Thalia, is tiefling bard, one of the leaders of the Independent Cities Movement and a friend of Valeyo.

Appearance

Thalia is a tall, white tiefling with horns that curve before pointing up.

Personality

Blazh is a determined man, who can be ruthless when it comes to the ICM's mission, willing to get innocents caught up in the collateral for his cause. This is also shown, by the fact that had no qualms about having the Timora killed to gain their Sky Stone.

Biography

Early Life

According to Valeyo, she is originally from Ikoval. She was in the year above him at university and the two of them were good friends. Thalia was a better fencer than Valeyo whereas he excelled at using the power of words. The two of them had frequent disagreements on the necessity of violence in revolutions, Thalia believing it to be inevitable.

They planned to travel to Ikoval together after graduation and spread the word of democracy, however before that could happen Thalia disappeared. At some point she became one of the leaders of the I.C.M and befriended Vincent Atanasoff. She stayed with him for some time, helping share his discoveries with the I.C.M.

Current

Thalia's path crossed that of the party, when they were in the home of Vincent Atanasoff, whom she used to live with. There she had left a book containing a magical message for Valeyo, telling him that she knows what she is doing. Next they heard of her, she was attending a meeting with the other members of the I.C.M.
